This might not seem as a big deal to some people but in the eyes of the Lord cross dressing is despicable.

Deuteronomy 22:5(NIV) A woman must not wear men’s clothing, nor a man wear women’s clothing, for the Lord your God detests anyone who does this.

Some people might say that this was written in the Old Testament and they had a different form of dressing back then and we’re now living in modern times so if Jaden Smith or anyone else feel like doing that, they can.

People have to realize that there is nothing new under the sun (Ecclesiastes 1:9) meaning that people have been cross dressing since the dawn of time and when the Lord separated the Israelites for himself, he had everything written out of what we should and shouldn’t do, as the Israelites had picked up a lot of these customs from the Egyptians.

The Lord also does not change with the times. Whatever he says, however long ago, stands forever.

Malachi 3:6(NIV) I the Lord do not change. So you, the descendants of Jacob, are not destroyed.

There’s also another popular myth in the world that Christ came and did away with the laws in the Old Testament-which is not true based on Christ teachings.

Christ said, Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. Matthew 5:17 (NIV) He came and fulfilled the things that was written about him such as healing people of their diseases, teaching them, etc.

We have to teach and instruct our children in everything, letting them know that there’s a difference between how a man and a woman dress and carry themselves.

Deuteronomy 6:6-7(NIV) These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.

Psalm 78:5-7 For he established a testimony in Jacob, and appointed a law in Israel, which he commanded our fathers, that they should make them known to their children: That the generation to come might know them, even the children which should be born; who should arise and declare them to their children: That they might set their hope in God, and not forget the works of God, but keep his commandments:

We encourage people to take heed to these scriptures and pay attention to your children’s behavior as in these last days and times, people are moving further away from the bible, thinking they can live any kind of way, when the bible gives us guidance on how we should live every aspect of our lives.

Psalm 33:4 For the word of the Lord is right; and all his works are done in truth.
