Trump Bashing

Rarely in recent history has there been a president who have been criticized for everything from the very start of their administration. People have blamed any and every thing on Donald Trump and their hatred towards him run very deep where it’s even been witnessed where people have said that if they get a chance to kill him, they would.

The media doesn’t help the situation either, as most people are simple enough to believe everything that the media says and you can hardly turn on any media outlet without hearing something negative about Donald Trump.

Should we be this way though? Should we have bitter hatred towards him regardless of what your political affiliation is or what the media reports about him?

Most minorities hate him because they say that he’s a racist and he’s not doing anything for minorities.

Let’s understand this point; there have been leaders in the past who was far worse than what we could imagine today and looking at the examples in the bible, it does not give us the authority to deal with them in any ill kind of way.

So if you think Trump is bad and he’s treating minorities bad then YOU NEED TO READ YOUR BIBLE.

Let’s take an example from the bible and see how Jesus Christ dealt with this evil and wicked ruler.

Luke 13:1-3 There were present at that season some that told him of the Galilaeans, whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices.

2 And Jesus answering said unto them, Suppose ye that these Galilaeans were sinners above all the Galilaeans, because they suffered such things?

3 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.

Let’s look at this, Pilate who was a governor at the time, killed these people unjustly and Christ didn’t say that he hated Pilate for doing that or told the people to gather together for a protest for the injustice that was done. He instead put the focus back on the people and what we should all we concerned about, OURSELVES, repenting from our sins and getting right in the eyes of God.

People spend way too much time worrying about other people and what they’re doing or not doing and not focus on themselves.

The only thought that we should have towards any leader is praying for them to make the right decisions so that WE (emphasis on self) can serve God truly.

1 Timothy 2:1-3 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;

2 For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.

3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;

When Christ was about to be crucified and went in front of this same governor, he did not have any malice towards him but rather put the emphasis back on the Israelites and them repenting.

John 19:10-11 Then saith Pilate unto him, Speakest thou not unto me? knowest thou not that I have power to crucify thee, and have power to release thee?

11 Jesus answered, Thou couldest have no power at all against me, except it were given thee from above: therefore he that delivered me unto thee hath the greater sin.

These evil wicked rulers are set up because the Israelites (the same ones that are scattered today, screaming “no justice, no peace.”) broke God’s laws and are being punished and instead of focusing on ourselves and the sins we keep committing, we put the attention on others.

Understand that the media doesn’t help either because they all have agendas and they feed people garbage and most of the time doesn’t do honest reporting.

Let’s take one example; Donald Trump’s handling of the hurricane that hit Puerto Rico. It’s been reported that he’s not doing anything and he doesn’t care about the people.

As someone that was there on the island helping out, this couldn’t be further from the truth. In order for the military or FEMA to go anywhere, the president has to authorize it or give his approval for an area to be declared a federal disaster area.

The main hub of the operation was at the Puerto Rican convention center and there were TONS of personnel there on any given day, weekends included, from the military to practically all branches of the federal government.

This was all being done and could not be done without the president authorizing it.

You cannot believe everything you hear and you’re simple if you do.

Proverbs 14:15 The simple believeth every word: but the prudent man looketh well to his going.

What the news doesn’t report is the corruption of the local mayors on the island that is hindering a lot of the help from getting to the people.

The point of this article is not pro Trump but a call to look at ourselves and fix us. Don’t worry about what the president is doing or not doing. All leaders, doesn’t matter what political affiliation they might be, are all scum.

Daniel 4:17 This matter is by the decree of the watchers, and the demand by the word of the holy ones: to the intent that the living may know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will, and setteth up over it the basest of men.

Basest, simply put means you have absolutely no morals. These are the kind of people that have and WILL always rule.

With all the things going on in the world we know that Christ is coming back soon and focusing on Donald Trump is only a distraction. We should be focusing on ourselves and getting right for the return of Christ.

James 5:8  Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh.
