The Trayvon Martin Case

Yet another case where the outcome has many enraged and asking for proper justice to be served. Several rallies have been kept in different cities throughout the country and the African American community is at a stand still wondering why there could never be any justice when things like this happen.

Even though the bible is widely demonized as a book of fairy tales or worse things, it actually gives us the answer to everything.

Isaiah 34:16 Seek ye out of the book of the Lord, and read: no one of these shall fail, (none of the prophecies will fail) none shall want her mate: (no other books can be compared to the bible) for my mouth it hath commanded, and his spirit it hath gathered them. (God is the one that gave the words for man to write them down)

The bible speaks in particular about one group of people; the Israelites. It was prophesied that the Israelites would not remain in their homeland of Jerusalem, but be scattered all over the world into captivity for their disobedience to God and would not return to their homeland till Jesus Christ second return.

It is important to note that the UN backed Jewish state that was created in 1947 in Jerusalem is not a fulfillment of biblical prophecy that the true Jews would return at that time. You may want to check out the following video clip to find out who those people really are.

Deuteronomy 1:1 These be the words which Moses spake unto all Israel on this side Jordan in the wilderness,…

Deuteronomy 4:25-27  When thou shalt beget children, and children’s children, and ye shall have remained long in the land, and shall corrupt yourselves, and make a graven image, or the likeness of any thing, and shall do evil in the sight of the Lord thy God, to provoke him to anger:

26 I call heaven and earth to witness against you this day, that ye shall soon utterly perish from off the land whereunto ye go over Jordan to possess it; ye shall not prolong your days upon it, but shall utterly be destroyed.

27 And the Lord shall scatter you among the nations, and ye shall be left few in number among the heathen, whither the Lord shall lead you.

Luke 21:24 And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.

Deuteronomy 28:65 And among these nations shalt thou find no ease, neither shall the sole of thy foot have rest: but the Lord shall give thee there a trembling heart, and failing of eyes, and sorrow of mind:

There has been a long history of injustice done in the African American community from Medgar Evers to Emmett Till. With the outcome of the Trayvon Martin case we see yet again the fulfillment of this prophecy, other teens are asking if they’re next (having that failing heart and sorrow of mind).

The president also making a remark that Trayvon Martin could’ve been him 35 years ago, parents being encouraged to teach their children about race relations.

But what we need to do is to instruct our children to walk by the example that Jesus Christ left us and that we are the descendants of those very same wicked people that disobeyed God’s commandments and are suffering the consequences of it.

Psalms 78:5-8 For he established a testimony in Jacob, and appointed a law in Israel, which he commanded our fathers, that they should make them known to their children:

That the generation to come might know them, even the children which should be born; who should arise and declare them to their children:

That they might set their hope in God, and not forget the works of God, but keep his commandments:

And might not be as their fathers, a stubborn and rebellious generation; a generation that set not their heart aright, and whose spirit was not stedfast with God.

With all the outrage and protest that has taken place over this case, how come the same thing hasn’t happened with all the abortion that’s happening in the African American community or the escalating black on black crime? Where’s the fervor for that? Where’s the outrage for that? Instead excuses are made for those behaviors and unfortunately some people can’t see anything that is wrong with those behaviors and don’t think that those are evil things.

Isaiah 5:20 Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

For too long we’ve been in these conditions, have always suffered injustice and are always looking to the wrong things for a solution. Things such as having marches or putting our trust in an evil and very corrupted judicial system.

Romans 13:11–12 And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.

12 The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.

Let us repent from our evil ways and follow the examples of Jesus Christ, who is the light of the world and teach our children to do the same.
