A Fort Lauderdale Pastor and two other men are facing up to 60 days in prison and a $500 fine for committing a crime. What crime you may ask, well thanks to a new Ft Lauderdale Florida ordinance it is now illegal to feed the homeless. So when 90yr old Pastor Arnold Abbott showed up on the street with members of his congregation and hundreds of prepared meals for the homeless and hungry, he was promptly arrested.
Matthew 24:12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.
The Lord Jesus Christ warns us that in these last days the “love of many shall wax cold”.
Irrefutable proof of this fact is seen in the brutally callous way society deals with those less fortunate then themselves and the criminalizing of the poor. Jesus gives us a dire warning of what the consequences will be for those who endorse and enforce the passing of these Satanic laws.
Matthew 25:34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: 35 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:36 Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.37 Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink? 40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:42 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink:
We urge those who know and believe in the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ to not be weary in well doing but to strengthen yourselves with these words, knowing that your labor of love is not in vain nor will it be forgotten in the day of Judgment!
James 2:8 If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well:
Galatians 5:14 For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
