New Marriage Trend. “SOLOGAMY” Women are Marrying Themselves!

The Holy Bible warns us that “In the last days perilous times shall come” and that men would be lovers of their own selves.” (2nd Tim 3:1-2) This could not be more evident than in the growing trend known as Sologamy. Sologamy is a primarily feminist movement in which a woman will decided to forego traditional marriage of Husband and Wife and instead marry “THEMSELVES”! Although this movement is relatively new it is gaining traction globally with some websites even offering photography and wedding planning services.

Erica Anderson a Brooklynite who recently married herself was asked to define self marriage to which she replied “Women saying YES to themselves, meaning we are enough even when not partnered with someone.” Self love and self acceptance is not a sin in and of itself, but it must be tempered with the admonition of the scriptures or we risk falling into the sins of pride and rebellion.

Galatians 6:3 For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself.

This same pride and rebellion is evidenced when a person casts aside the Biblical definition of marriage of Husband and Wife in favor or a fabricated, narcissistic, ego trip in which they claim that their love and devotion to themselves constitutes a marriage. In the book of Genesis the Heavenly Father created the institution of marriage with Adam and Eve. In the New Testament Jesus Christ himself confirms that this is the one and ONLY true marriage.

Matthew 19:4-6. 4 And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female, 5 And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh? 6 Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.

The concept of men or women deciding to remain single is not a sin and even encouraged in the book of 1st Corinthians chapter 7

The Apostle Paul and many others lived the life of a Eunuchs out of service to Christ, meaning they never married and devoted their lives to the ministry. Despite this fact, a mans decision to be a Eunuch or a woman’s decision to remain a virgin was never declared to be a form of marriage.

1st Corinthians 7:1 Now concerning the things whereof ye wrote unto me: It is good for a man not to touch a woman. 2 Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband.7 For I would that all men were even as I myself. But every man hath his proper gift of God, one after this manner, and another after that. 8 I say therefore to the unmarried and widows, it is good for them if they abide even as I. 34 There is difference also between a wife and a virgin. The unmarried woman careth for the things of the Lord, that she may be holy both in body and in spirit: but she that is married careth for the things of the world, how she may please her husband.

The above scriptures illustrate the facts clearly that there are benefits to both marriage and remaining single. However, it is the pinnacle of pride and arrogance to believe that a persons love and devotion to self can take the place of what the union of marriage created by God!

Proverbs 8:13The fear of the LORD [is] to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate.

Boy asks to be Adopted by Stepfather in Viral Video

The Holy Bible tells us that it is more important to be a father to a fatherless child than being a husband to the mother. This all too important point is often lost in relationships today where many times men will openly reject women who have children from prior relationships, or worst still, enter these unions with no intention of having a relationship with these children. As a result many women feel ashamed of these children as they are seen as a hinderance to finding a faithful life partner. This often holds true even for women who have repented according to the Holy Bible and become new creatures in Christ (2nd For 5:17). Too often they still carry with them the stigma of being damaged goods and not fit for marriage.

2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

In a heartwarming video that has gone viral we see a young child, Kalani Watson ask for a very special birthday present when he asks his stepfather Brandon Williamson to adopt him. The gesture brought Brandon to tears as he signed the adoption papers making Kalani his son in the eyes of the State. What is more important is the testimony recorded in Kalani’s letter to his then stepfather explaining how his love, kindness, faithfulness and discipline makes them father and son already. In the eyes of the Heavenly Father and Christ this could not be more true!

Exodus 22:21-23. Ye shall not afflict any widow, or fatherless child. 23 If thou afflict them in any wise, and they cry at all unto me, I will surely hear their cry;

Job 29:11-12 When the ear heard me, then it blessed me; and when the eye saw me, it gave witness to me: 12 Because I delivered the poor that cried, and the fatherless, and him that had none to help him.

The Heavenly Father tells us that it is hateful in his eyes when we do not deal righteously with the fatherless child and widows. The prophet Job also states that one for the reasons why the Most High God showed him such great mercy is because he delivered the poor and fatherless that were in need and had no help. But perhaps the best example of what it means to be a true father to the fatherless and follower of Christ is recorded in the book of James 1:27

James 1:27 Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.

We salute Mr. Brandon Williamson for fulfilling this commandment and pray that he would continue to learn and grow in the commandments of God. We also pray that the hearts of those who believe in Christ would not be hardened towards those in need and take heed to the admonition of the Heavenly Father and his Christ!

Florida Woman Crashes Car While Praying Behind the Wheel.

In an article which may seem a bit too humorous to be believed, a Florida woman who crashed her vehicle while praying is trending again on social media. Although piety is an admirable trait especially when it takes the form of prayers and devotion, the scriptures tell us that there is a time and season for all things under the sun (Ecclesiastes 3:1). Common sense should dictate that driving may not be the best time to close your eyes and commune with the Holy Spirit as this woman discovered when she plowed through a stop sign and crashed into a persons home. Thankfully no one was injured but she may want to have a talk with her pastor to get more clarity on the scriptures below.

1 Thessalonians 5:17 Pray without ceasing.  / 2 Corinthians 5:7 (For we walk by faith, not by sight:)

Black Man Gets 45yr Sentence for Killing Police Dog!

In a 2016 story that has resurfaced on social media and since gone viral, a 23yr old black man in Canton Ohio, Kelontre Barefield was sentenced to 35-45yrs in prison for the killing of a K-9 Police Dog. The Dog named Jethro attacked Barfield while he was in the commission of an armed robbery, Barfield fired on the beast killing it. At his sentencing Barfield received 45yrs in prison for the death of Jethro and other charges related to multiple armed robberies. The immediate reactions on Facebook were fast and furious as the court system was blasted for placing more value on the life of a dog than on that of many black men who were murdered offer the past few years and saw NO justice.

Leviticus 24:17 And he that killeth any man shall surely be put to death. 18 And he that killeth a beast shall make it good; beast for beast.

The Holy Bible does not condone the killing of this beast but the scriptures DO clearly make a difference between the loss of life of a person and a beast. The laws of God state that the life of a man cannot be replaced but that a beast can be restored and made good, (Beast for Beast). This is hard to understand in a society that elevates beasts, especially dogs over the lives of other human beings. It is a known fact that many dogs live in better conditions and eat better and more frequently than many of the poor of our society. But despite the great value placed on “Man’s Best Friend”, the scriptures tell us that at the end of the day your dog is still a replaceable beast!

Romans 13:1
Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. 2 Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation. 3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same: 4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.

In an effort to approach this article with clarity and equity it should be noted that the lengthy sentence Kelontre Barefield received was not due solely to the death of the K-9 Police Dog, but also due in large part to the various crimes he committed leading up to his eventual capture. The scripture above tells us that we must be subject to the rulers, judges and authority of this land and that the breaking of the laws will carry with it stiff consequences. This is all the more reason why it is important for our people to turn from lives filled with crime and violence and repent in the name of Jesus Christ to obtain mercy and salvation in time to come.

In a final note, the state of Ohio moved to pass a law calling for stiffer penalties and longer sentences for people who kill Police dogs. It was called Jethro’s Bill!

Videos of “Dirty Dancing” Children Becomes New Trend!

Unfortunately, there are many videos like this that are trending on social media right now where little children are dancing in a sexually suggestive manner. These children are usually encouraged by an adult to continue in this wickedness. The Heavenly Father instructs us as parents on how to raise up our sons and daughters.

Deuteronomy 6:4-5 Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord:5 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.6 And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart:7 And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.

We should NOT teach our young sons and daughters to be strippers and whoremongers. We should be teaching them the laws, statues and commandments of the Heavenly Father and Christ. We should prepare them to one day marry, work, and to raise a family.

Titus 2:3-5 The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things;4 That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children,5 To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.

When a girl is young, she is supposed to be taught by her mother on how to be chaste (sexually pure), not being drunkards, to one day love her husband and children, and also how to run a household. In many videos like this, the children are not only encouraged to dance like this, but also are being trained (usually by their mothers) to objectify their bodies so that some young boy can grind up on them. If these children continue to be taught wickedness such as this, then the children will grow up to become actual fornicators.

leviticus-19-29-king-james-bible-do-not-prostitute-thy-daughter-19915449Leviticus 19:29 Do not prostitute thy daughter, to cause her to be a whore; lest the land fall to whoredom, and the land become full of wickedness.

The Heavenly Father has very little regard for whores, which is why we would be doing a disservice to our children by training them to be whores and fornicators. When you can videotape your daughter shaking her behind and grinding up on little boys for money and attention, then you are prostituting you daughter to be whore. Unless she changes or get better parental instruction, she will grow up thinking that this is acceptable behavior and will participate in whoredom. Sadly, this shows where the minds of many adults are at if they can videotape their children engaged in this behavior and post it on the internet for pedophiles to see.

However, Christ is giving us an opportunity to repent from this lifestyle and return to the Most High so that we can be his sons and daughters again.

I Timothy 5:1-2 Rebuke not an elder, but intreat him as a father; and the younger men as brethren; 2 The elder women as mothers; the younger as sisters, with all purity.

Titus 2:6 Young men likewise exhort to be sober minded.7 In all things shewing thyself a pattern of good works: in doctrine shewing uncorruptness, gravity, sincerity,8 Sound speech, that cannot be condemned; that he that is of the contrary part may be ashamed, having no evil thing to say of you.

Likewise, we are not to teach our sons this behavior. As the scripture says our sons are to view women as sisters with all purity. Teaching our sons to grind on little girls isn’t teaching them to look at women with all purity. If they continue down this path they will more than likely become fornicators who objectify women by viewing them as nothing more than sex objects.

In closing, we should repent and teach our children to follow Christ and instruct them in the love and admonition of the Lord.

Craigslist Sale Ends in the Death of a College-Bound Teen

Brian Brown, a recent high school graduate and college-bound student, was killed during a Craigslist transaction. The 19 year old scholar-athlete was accepted to Merced College in California and was preparing to attend classes in early July. In preparation for his move to California, he was attempting to sell a PlayStation and some games on Craigslist. When he went to meet with the potential buyer, he was shot three times in the back. His girlfriend, that accompanied him to sell the items, drove Brian to Jackson North Medical Center Hospital. Brian Brown was then transferred to Aventura Hospital where he later died.

Brian received a full scholarship to college. He was respected and known as a good child. He leaves behind his grieving father and mother. Murdered because he aspired to do better in life. Why?

The amount of tragedy that unfolds in this story cannot be easily expressed. What is it going to take for people to wake up and realize that we are our own worst enemy?

The scripture says in Matthew 24:12And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.” This was prophesied during the time of Christ and we are living it now. People have become so cold and heartless that they will rob and kill you to fulfill their wicked desires.

Leviticus 6:1-5 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, (2) If a soul sin, and commit a trespass against the LORD, and lie unto his neighbour in that which was delivered him to keep, or in fellowship, or in a thing taken away by violence, or hath deceived his neighbour; (3) Or have found that which was lost, and lieth concerning it, and sweareth falsely; in any of all these that a man doeth, sinning therein: (4) Then it shall be, because he hath sinned, and is guilty, that he shall restore that which he took violently away…

These laws explain the commandment of “Thou shalt not steal.” They show that even in a situation where something was violently stolen (ie: car-jacking, mugging, armed robbery) that the person was to restore it. In this case, the judgment would be death because the assailant went beyond just stealing and murdered the teen.

Leviticus 24:21 “…he that killeth a man, he shall be put to death.”

1 Timothy 6:9-10 But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition. (10) For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

People are falling into dangerous perils, losing their opportunity to enter the kingdom of heaven and destroying peoples’ lives because of lust, covetousness and greed. The only way to gain mercy and avoid destruction is repentance by obeying the scriptures.

Ephesians 4:28 Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth.

Revelation 21:7-8 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. (8) But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

Where are the Fathers?

Earlier this week, many people in the U.S. and abroad celebrated Father’s Day. While most families were home celebrating the day, there was a heated debate ensuing on social media. It seems that some single mothers chose to recognize themselves for Father’s Day and/or were celebrated by their friends and family for dong the job of both parents. Some men took the defensive and questioned why can’t men have a day for themselves. Women replied with equal fervor citing the amount of dead beat fathers and the lack of responsible men in the community. Why is this even a debate? Why are there so many single-parent households in our community? Where are the fathers? The Bible has the answers to our questions.

About 30% of children in the United States grow up without their father in the house. Approximately 50% of minority marriages end in divorce. Statistics show that this has a devastating effect on our community. Why is this occurring? How can this be changed? Is there a Biblical answer?

To understand why this is happening within our community, we have to start with the root cause of the problem…

Deuteronomy 28:15But it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe to do all his commandments and his statutes which I command thee this day; that all these curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee:”

When you look at the condition of our people in the United States and throughout the world, they are NOT in a blessed condition. This happened because we have broken the Lord’s commandments and refused to repent! Therefore, the curses fell upon us. These curses are manifest in the suffering of our families and communities. So what are the Curses that destroyed our families and where are the Fathers?

They are in prison:

Black-prisoners-behind-bars-While people of color make up about 30 percent of the United States’ population, they account for 60 percent of those imprisoned. – Isaiah 42:22 But this is a people robbed and spoiled; they are all of them snared in holes, and they are hid in prison houses

: they are for a prey, and none delivereth; for a spoil, and none saith, Restore.

They are in the grave:

Andries-Tatane-math-teacher-newsppr-pub’r-murdered-by-police-batons-rubber-bullets-protesting-for-jobs-housing-041311In 2011, African Americans made up 13 percent of the nation’s population, but accounted for 50 percent of homicide victims, – Jeremiah 9:21 For death is come up into our windows, and is entered into our palaces, to cut off the children from without, and the young men from the streets.

They are in sin:

pregnate72% of Black children are now born to single mothers. – Deuteronomy 28:54 So that the man that is tender among you, and very delicate, his eye shall be evil toward his brother, and toward the wife of his bosom, and toward the remnant of his children which he shall leave

These scriptures explain that because we did not obey the commandments of God, our fathers would be killed, imprisoned or fall so far into sin that they would even depart from their own children. But are we destined to remain in this cursed state? The answer is no! We must repent, follow the commandments as they are written in the Bible, and establish our families according to the scriptures.

image3In the book of Genesis, the Heavenly Father provides the righteous example of Abraham for a perpetual example of how to govern our households. Genesis 18:19 For I know him (Abraham), that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of the Lord, to do justice and judgment; that the Lord may bring upon Abraham that which he hath spoken of him.

1st Timothy 5:8 But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.

The Heavenly Father is commanding our men to repent and return to the teachings of the Bible in the spirit of Christ. This means he MUST leave off from fornication, idolatry, violence and any other sin which prevents him from being a righteous example in the sight of God and his family.

Acquitted: Yanez found not guilty of killing Philando Castile

On July 6, 2016, Philando Castile was shot 7 times and killed by St. Anthony police officer, Jeronimo Yanez. This tragedy was broadcasted to the world via Facebook Live by his girlfriend and exposed yet another incident of an innocent citizen being slain by the police.

What makes this case different is the media was unable to carry out the usual character assassination of the victim with Philando Castile. He was an upstanding individual that served as a mentor for children. He was not a criminal. He did not resist. He cooperated but he is dead now.

A diverse group of people united to honor him and protest the brutality of his murder. Because he was innocent, had no criminal record and complied with the officer’s demands, many people felt like Yanez would be found guilty of manslaughter.

Despite all these factors, on June 16, 2017, Officer Jeronimo Yanez was acquitted of all charges. Philando Castile’s family, friends and the public are outraged, disappointed and appalled by the verdict. Is it a surprise? Has this justice system ever been equitable for all? The scriptures shows us that there will never be true justice nor judgment under these nations that do not keep the laws of the Most High.

Zechariah 11:4-5 Thus saith the LORD my God; Feed the flock of the slaughter; (5) Whose possessors slay them, and hold themselves not guilty…

The previous scripture teaches us that the nations will murder the the children of Israel and find themselves not guilty. So what now? How do we move forward after yet another tragedy? We have to remember that the Most High sees everything and there is a day that all of us will be judged for our sins!

Nahum 1:3 The LORD is slow to anger, and great in power, and will not at all acquit the wicked…

Although man believes that the guilty has escaped judgment, the Lord sees all and will judge everyone.

Ecclesiastes 5:8 If thou seest the oppression of the poor, and violent perverting of judgment and justice in a province, marvel not at the matter: for he that is higher than the highest regardeth; and there be higher than they.

Revelation 13:9-10 If any man have an ear, let him hear. (10) He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.

We pray that the Lord has mercy on his scattered sheep and that the children wake up, repent and live in the Lord.

In all corners of the world the Church of God is under attack. From Separation of Church and State to banning prayer in School, we are a society desperately fighting to distance ourselves from God. But there is still one God or in this case Goddess who is loved, adored and accepted by all the world. She is spoken of every night on your local news network and has made countless appearances in Commercials and Movies. She does not have to seek permission to enter schools and nearly every religion reveres her in some form or fashion. The ancient world worshipped her from one end of the globe to the other and her influence has in no way diminished. She is none other than “Mother Earth”, “Mother Nature”, “Gaia”, the “Mother of all”. And while some view her as a harmless fairy tale, others will recognize her as the true God of Neo Paganism and Mother Goddess of all religions. Join us as we dethrone the Pagan Queen of the Earth and Exalt our true King the Lord Jesus Christ.

6yr Old Pleads for End to Violence in Viral Video

In a viral video that has been viewed more than 130,000 times, a six year old boy, Jeffrey Laney pleads for an end to violence in his community. Jeffrey and his mother Leandra currently reside in St. Louis Missouri where only weeks earlier a teenage family member was killed in a drive by shooting. In a video that first appeared on Facebook, little Jeffrey, overcome by fear, grief and at times anger says, “I’m a kid,” “I’m not supposed to be knowing about all these guns. I know about all bad stuff I shouldn’t know about.” Jeffrey also professes the love of God and how people should put trust in him.

Matthew 24:12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.

As Jesus Christ himself says “And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.” We live in a world of violence and iniquity and as a result the heart of man has grown cold and callous.

Jeremiah 9:21 For death is come up into our windows, and is entered into our palaces, to cut off the children from without, and the young men from the streets.

Although 6yr old Jeffrey has clearly been blessed with an insight that reaches beyond his short years, it is doubtful that he would be able to understand that the issues in his community serve as a microcosm for the current state of the world. Neither would he understand that the scriptures also prophesied concerning the manner of death that many inner city youth would face in these days and times. In these cities plagued by violence, death has come into our window in the form of stray bullets. And too often death cuts down the young men from the streets in the form of drive by shootings which claimed the life of Jeffrey’s 16yr old cousin.

Deuteronomy 28:66 And thy life shall hang in doubt before thee; and thou shalt fear day and night, and shalt have none assurance of thy life:

At one point in the video Jeffrey tells us that he is afraid to die and he is afraid for the members of his family but he resigns to put his trust in God for protection. As men of Christ who trust in his goodness, we know that Jeffrey’s faith is in the right place.

Psalm 34:6 This poor man cried, and the Lord heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles. 7 The angel of the Lord encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them. 8 O taste and see that the Lord is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.
